My full, very Italian name is Giancarlo Vivenzio but most people call me Carlo.

I have a dual passion in life, one is for photography and the other is for technology. As a graduate of Worcester Polytechnic Institute I developed a great background in computers and technology. With the majority of today's photography being digital my education and background has really been beneficial. I believe that the moment the picture is taken is just the beginning of the creative process. Creative opportunities are endless in today's digital photography world.

In my opinion photography shouldn't just be the photographer's vision of what an image should look like.  A photograph should show the personality and reflect the style of the subject.  Whether I’m working on a portrait, engagement session or wedding my goal is to capture everything about that moment in time. Including the emotions, lighting, character and story of the moment.
